Acceptance of these terms
By using CoupleConvo, creating a session, joining a partner's session, viewing a report, or buying a paid report, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
CoupleConvo is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for making sure your use of CoupleConvo is lawful where you live.
What CoupleConvo provides
CoupleConvo is a private relationship-expectations check. One partner starts a session, both partners answer separately, and the service compares the answers to show alignment, differences, priority topics, and conversation prompts. Some paid plans include automated report wording and PDF downloads.
Not professional advice
CoupleConvo is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, psychological diagnosis, or a prediction of relationship success or failure. Results are based on the answers provided by users and should be treated as conversation support only.
Partner consent and private links
You must not create or use a session to mislead, monitor, impersonate, pressure, or harm another person. Only invite a partner who has agreed to participate. Private invite links, access codes, result links, and downloaded reports should be shared carefully because anyone with a valid link or file may be able to view it.
Paid plans and digital delivery
Paid plans unlock a personalized digital report for both partners in the same session. Prices, currencies, plan features, and availability may vary by location or change over time. Payment must be verified before a paid report is unlocked.
Refund policy
Because CoupleConvo reports are personalized digital products generated from your and your partner's answers, all paid report purchases are final and non-refundable once report generation or unlock begins, except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge or technical failure that prevented delivery.
Report availability and deletion
Online report viewing is available for 7 days after the report is generated or unlocked. Downloadable report files may be available for up to 30 days after report generation. Questionnaire answers, report data, and session data are automatically deleted after 30 days. You are responsible for keeping any report copy you choose to download.
Acceptable use
You may not use CoupleConvo to break the law, harass or abuse anyone, submit false or harmful content, probe or attack the service, bypass access controls, scrape at scale, interfere with payments, or use the service in a way that damages CoupleConvo, other users, or our providers.
Your content
You keep ownership of the answers and content you submit. You give CoupleConvo a limited license to process, store, compare, display, generate reports from, and delete that content as needed to provide the service, operate security and support, and comply with law.
Intellectual property
CoupleConvo, including its product design, questionnaires, report structure, interface, text, branding, and software, is owned by CoupleConvo or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of the service.
Automated results and accuracy
Reports may include automated analysis and generated wording. We try to make results useful and respectful, but we do not guarantee that every classification, suggestion, or generated sentence will be complete, accurate, or appropriate for your situation.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep CoupleConvo available, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. CoupleConvo relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, payments, email or message delivery, analytics, security, and report generation, and those services may have their own terms.
Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CoupleConvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on the service. You agree to indemnify and hold CoupleConvo harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.
Changes, restriction, and governing law
We may update these terms or restrict access to the service when needed for safety, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
